LENTEN LUNCHEON SERIES BEGINS Each year the Ministerial Alliance of St. Francis plans and invites the community to a series of Lenten luncheons. The schedule is being finalized and will be published in the Herald and local newsletters. The first luncheon is scheduled for February 24 at the St. Francis Catholic Church. Father Roger Meitl will lead us in a time of worship, followed by a light lunch. Cost is a suggested $5.00. The luncheons are an excellent opportunity to share in ecumenical fellowship. Please make plans to attend. |

THINKING AHEAD...
Each year it has been our tradition to celebrate "Love
Sunday" on the Sunday nearest Valentine's Day. This year February 14 is
on
Sunday and we are in the process of planning outstanding worship services to
celebrate the gift of love in our lives!
One aspect
of the service will
be a mass
renewal of wedding vows for any married couples who wish to participate. It is
still being determined how exactly this will take place, but you can do your
part and "propose" to your sweetie, and ask her (or him) to marry you all over
again.
